About the Designer
Palmer is a native Ohioan and a self learned Eco-designer. After
living on the west coast for the past ten years, she has returned to
Ohio to raise her children and to reconnect with her roots. Palmer’s grandmother gave her an antique Singer sewing machine at the age of sixteen. She then commenced her education behind the needle and thread. Immediately feeling the gift of a seamstress, Palmer created her first design later that year. Countless
designs and fifteen years later, Palmer’s dream of being an
Eco-Designer is becoming realized with the launch of Greenweavers
natural fiber apparel. One of Palmer’s many goals is to simply help make the world a healthier place to live through what we wear on our skin.
